Glen Powell's Thirst Trap Photo Will Make You Sweat

Glen Powell Reveals If We Can Expect An ‘Anyone But You’ Sequel

Glen Powell has found the perfect wingman.

The Hit Man star recently shared some highlights from the set of his upcoming movie, Twisters, posting snaps with costars Daisy Edgar-Jones, Brandon Perea and, most importantly, his dog Hot Brisket.

“Shortly after being adopted, @hotbrisket joined the cast of ‘Twisters’ and was quickly called ‘the Lassie of his generation,” Glen joked in a July 8 Instagram post. “Rumors are swirling of him leading a Homeward Bound reboot that would crown him as ‘Hollywood’s King of the Animal Kingdom.’”

But while the post included adorable photos of his puppy—who he debuted last year—with some of the Twisters cast, it was the last slide in his photo dump that had jaws dropping.

The 35-year-old’s last photo in his latest gallery was a mirror selfie, showing him wrapped in only a towel placed very low at his waist. Glen held up his pup with one hand and his cell phone with the other, mean-mugging the camera and showing off his toned body.

“Dying at the puppy shirtless thirst trap,” one commenter wrote, to which another person cheekily replied, “He knows exactly what he’s doing.”

Alongside a few sweating emojis, a third added, “Did NOT expect that last photo.”

Of course, this isn’t the first time flirty behavior has been a part of Glen’s movie promotion schtick. After all, he had plenty of practice with Anyone But You, as he and costar Sydney Sweeney, sparked dating rumors with their coquettish exchanges during its press tour.

“The two things that you have to sell a rom-com are fun and chemistry,” Glen explained to the New York Times in an April interview. “Sydney and I have a ton of fun together, and we have a ton of effortless chemistry. That’s people wanting what’s on the screen, off the screen, and sometimes you just have to lean into it a bit — and it worked wonderfully.”

He also credited his Sydney—who was also one of the film’s executive producers—for the off-camera theatrics, noting, “Sydney is very smart.”

And while Sydney—who is engaged to Jonathan Davino—and Glen’s chemistry didn’t go beyond the screen and false rumors, other actors have actually found love on set. Keep reading for every duo who has kept their love going even after the director yelled “cut!”
